phpBB emails could improve SpamAssassin reputation

After comparing the reputation of mails sent from my site and from phpBB, I've found some issues with the phpBB registration emails that unnecessarily self-damage their reputation, specifically these: -0.105 FROM_EXCESS_BASE64 From: base64 encoded unnecessarily -0.999 XPRIO A X_PRIORITY header is in...

Re: [3.2][RC] Thanks for posts (and optional Tapatalk integration)

1) Don't upload installed extension from local to prod; instead, intall it on prod as you did in local. 2) Clear cache after enabling. You can do in via ACP or, if it doesn't work, clean <PHPBB_ROOT>/cache folder using terminal or (s)FTP. If the Thanks for Post extension had been installed here, I'...

Re: [3.2][RC] Thanks for posts (and optional Tapatalk integration)

I have installed it in my local server and it worked. I'm using latest phpBB 3.2.1. In the production server (everything identical) it installs and it can be configured OK, but when accessing the forum I only get these errors : [Fri Nov 17 20:12:52 2017] [error] [client 141.x.x.x] #4 [internal funct...

Yes, of course, "and the Extensions Team".
... which told me that it can take up to one month for an extension to get reviewed and approved. My extension to hide content from guests is still waiting.

Anyway, thanks for submitting it, let's hope it gets approved soon so more users can find it.

Re: [3.2][RC] Thanks for posts (and optional Tapatalk integration)

The extension seems nice, but for security reasons I won't download if unless it's present on the official approved Extensions section. Any ideas why it's not published there already?

I am pretty sure this is already possible in 3.1
And on 3.2? Where do we configure/enable this? Does it include the Microsoft and Google logins too?

Hide links, images and attachments from GUESTS

<r><E></E> <B><s>[b]</s>This is really needed according to the forum content, the hosting used, and the advertisement platform implemented. Adding this to the Anonymous user permission settings would be great.<e>[/b]</e></B><br/> <br/> I've heard Prime Links (may?) be used for (some) of these ...

http://www.absoluteanime.com/admin/mods.htm#links it's for 3.1 but still works on 3.2.1 you set it up in listener.php
That site is returning Error 403 on every page, is there somewhere else to download it? Why the developer didn't publish it in the phpBB MODs section, where it belongs? :|

Hide links, images and attachments from guests

Hi, I'm moving my forum to phpBB and I need an extension to hide links, images and attachments completely from guest users. The version is now 3.0.9 because the converter does not work with 3.1, however I plan to migrate it later. I've seen the Primer Links extensions only works with 3.0.x versions ...
