Just fully installed MX, but when you click the into a forum topic/thread, it no longer keeps the table structure...

Just noticed that when you click into a thread, you lose the table, I need it to be static..

I see quite a few forums with static links and ads on the left side of their forums. What is the easiest route for this?? I search mods, etc..
