Thanks for this, just upgraded to v3.3 and have replaced the logo with a blank/clear one I saved as a gif. I edited the colours.css file from .svg to .gif as given (thanks again) on line 152 in an editing program and also saved a copy of both files in case of trouble. Adobe XD won't install on W7 bt...

How do I delete like 4 pages of spambot registrations? This is pissing new members off as well as me as the hassle is immense! Setting up n running these forums is free and appreciated but ffs it takes a LOT of learning with setting up permissions AFTER setting forums up and now security too? I firs...

I've set up phpBB3 and have no extensions, set it to questions and answers but after a weekend away have over 4 pages of members, all inactive spambots? Am I doing something wrong? I might be barking up the wrong tree but in WordPress create a custom menu entry and add it to your primary menu (or whichever) just paste the .... /forums/index.php link into the custom menu and save it :)

Yeah I used phpbb2 back in 2005 then bought xenforo a few years on and have been using that but can't afford it atm and this always had gr8 support n community so am back n thanks once again :) I'm obviously rusty n need a few pointers but my forums were lost (wiped by my host) and are now new n liv...

Shit sorry guys I saw 3 different versions and panicked! I'd just recovered the forums after losing them during the 3.3 update so posted n switched off. I'm posting from our caravan in the centre of britain right now all relaxed and will update the dB when I get home 2moro :oops:

its as the image says really, I deleted my files and uploaded the 3.3.0 files as directed, replaced config file and all seems ok but I've got this error so what should I do please?

I deleted the 3.3 files and went to grab the 3.2.8 ones off the site but its now 3.2.9 lol so I've uploaded them I just need to re-create a config file...I have the details but a blank page so need the prefixed code..(just found it in the knowledge base)

I'm sorted guys cheers for the quick help, my host had to create a DB for me and gave me the details, building forums now...just remembered having permission copying issues last time I had phpBB so I might be back lol

Its not a VPS (had one) when I create a new DB in their site it uses MariaDB (new to me) and either gives a blank screen or says I've used all my DB's up and says 0 available yet also displays 1/5 used? the installations just waiting for the DB details which I can't give lol update: got into ticket ...
