Re: Newb - Broken BB - How do I troubleshoot this?

The "fix" they did was to rename the cache folder and create a new one. I have no idea what caused the problem to begin with. On the mods that I have done: can someone point me in the right direction, as far as finding information on recreating any customization that I did, after I've upgr...

Every time I've updated it in the past I have lost the modifications that I made. I just need to Google how to make those mods, and get it updated.

Re: Newb - Broken BB - How do I troubleshoot this?

I got an email from our site support saying "they fixed the problem".

So I don't know what was wrong. I'll see if they'll tell me.

Re: Newb - Broken BB - How do I troubleshoot this?

Have you asked your hosts if anything has changed then? It looks like your board is only running 3.0.0 (9 versions behind). I can ask them. The only thing I did was to FTP into the site to make sure the files were still there. Yes, it's way behind. I customized it a few years ago to add the "o...

Re: A mod to remove accounts that haven't posted?

admin panel users and groups prune users You can set parameters for number of posts and join dates and prune those users in one click. A mod to remove accounts that haven't posted?

Is there a mod available where I could view a list of logins that have never posted in a given period? For example, list all active accounts that have not posted anything on the forum in the past 6 months. We get a lot of people that register, and then never post anything. The field for URLs in the ...

Re: Delete inactive users

Inactive are defined as users that have registered but never completed the registration process. If you are trying to remove users because of inactivity you will need to use the prune user option. ACP->users and groups tab->prune users. Ok, I just looked at that. I set "posts" to 0. That ...

Delete inactive users

When I view the option for Inactive Users and set it to 1 year, it only shows 1 user. There are many more than that. What could be causing this?

I created a forum and a group. I assigned members to the group. How do I give the group the ability to post to this forum, and make it read-only for everyone else?
