SOLVED Problem was that i modified the /includes/functions_module.php to surpress another error i had previously (which i fixed then and forgot to remove my modifications). Tho i still do not fully understand why this was caused by my mods, but that is not a relevant information for this thread. Ju...

Twig_Error_Loader tries to load template with empty file name

Hello, a while ago I upgraded my phpBB from 3.0.1 to 3.2.1 using https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.2/ug/upgradeguide/upgrade3/ . It seemed to work fine. Thanks to #phpbb , solved it by deleting cache/production/ manually over ssh. Somehow the "purge cache" functionality did not work properly for me.

I recently upgraded from phpBB 3.0.12 to 3.2.1 using this approach: https://www.phpbb.com/support/docs/en/3.2/ug/upgradeguide/upgrade3/ This did work very good, except for two "extra" tabs in showing up in the ACP after the upgrade (tabs name was "Extensions" and "ACP_notify_mods" or something like...
