Ok, I think i will have to retract my above statement.

This mod works but it is erratic. It now puts things in lowercase and some words have uppercase characters. It looks really bad.

I will remove this mod and await the updated version. Thanks anyway!

This mod is good but like everyone else said - it changes every capital letter to lower case. I have a clan website and some folks add their clan tag and this mod changes it to lowercase. There has to be a change for abbreviated strings as well. I suggest a check for a 5 character max abbreviated st...

What am I supposed to check? Your support for this modification is very vague and lacking. In no way have you replied with a direct answer to requested help. I followed the instructions exactly and I am still having problems. Everything is is place correctly and the databse has the topic descriptio...

Ok, I added this mod and I am getting a similiar problem as well. The Topic Description Field box shows in posting of new topics. The topics_desc shows in the database fine. The line under the Topics only shows the words: Topic Description What went wrong? My Forum setup: phpBB 2.0.6 mysql database ...

Who's Online Info on other pages outside phpBB?

Is there anyway to show the information about who is online (guest & registered users) on another webpage outside of the phpBB forums?

I would like to show who is online in the forums on the index of my clan website.

The timezones of your users are IRRELEVANT!!!! The timezone of your forum IS RELEVANT!!!! Then why are we having this bug and it affects certain users and not the total users of phpBB? I know that my server that phpbb resides on is time synched everyday and also my PC (running WinXP) is time synche...

:?: Ok then who else uses DST in the besides Arizona? Last time I was in school (and in Arizona) it was only Arizona that did not observe DST in the USA. Also when messages are posted in the database the time is stamped according to the time set on the forum. When the time changes back (afte...

I found that once the time fixes (after flushing cookies) I have to use the "Time/Date Edit Mod" to change the dates/times that were incorrectly timestamped.

 It works for me but a little too much of "go back and fix" stuff.

And Arizona are the only ones in the USA that do not use DST.

Well, every time I delte/flush the cookies from my browser - it seems to fix the problem. But it is really strange that the time is off and everything is configured properly on the forum and in my profile.

Any more ideas as to why this is a problem?

 ok, I think i may have spoke to soon. I installed this fix and I am still having the same issues. Everytime when a person logs in and sets the timezone in their profile (namely myself) the time shows as 12 hours ahead of the set time in profile. Sometimes it will fix itself but I assure...
