User Registration

Hello Experts,

Is it possible to restrict user registration only to the admin. I want the admin to have full control of registration and editing of user accounts. Is this possible? Thanks.

It worked...with one change

Just a note, target="_parent" did not work for me but target="_self" did. Thanks again! :wink:

Linking Question (i.e. frames)

OK, I am using frames to navigate sections of my members section. If I link to the login.php the page breaks out of the frames when I login to the forum. I don't want it to do this. How can I change this behavior so that the link stays in the frame? Thanks :D
