phpBB core's code takes care of everything that's related.

So what should I do? 1 - It would be optimal to install a virgin V 3.0.13-PL1 - Board and compare the DBs, find any shortcomings and fix them. 2 - Once this is done, you could gradually (multiple steps) proceed with the updates by following the normal procedure and using the STK.
