That is not a phpBB v2 error, so I suspect you're in the wrong section, but it means that your code is not picking up the right database engine, meaning it probably isn't reading the configuration file... Server was upgraded to PHP5 last week. My phpBB 2.x installation seemed to work fine, so I never gave it a second thought... until I had occasion to go into the Admin panel!
