Feed not showing global announcements

Greetings, I have the atom feed working using phpBB3.06 I have tried various settings but the feed seems to ignore anything posted in my Announcements section and my Global Announcements section. Before I go into a ton of detail I was wondering of this maybe a known issue. I have searched this forum...

Re: Notify Admin on Registration

Hi there, Been using this mod for a while now and love it. Works great. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if it is possible to add a Custom Profile Field into the email notification. For example - A custom profile field ident: operating_system I have tried editing admin_notify_registered.txt And...

Re: Moving Hosting Provider AND URL

Incidentally I have read this:

http://www.phpbb.com/kb/phpbb2/art/moving_a_board/

And it is a great help (I have moved the board more than once before) but it does not mention about changing URLs - it says there may be trouble due to cookies but then just says "coming soon".

Moving Hosting Provider AND URL

Hi there, I seriously considering moving provider and at the same time changing my main URL. (In fact I will probably use one of the recommended host providers from here). I have my forum integrated with SubDreamer and have also got the same question posted up at the subdreamer forum and received so...

Re: Limit to mass emails?

Mate I don't seem to have explained myself properly. I just wanted someone to tell me what they think the settings should be based on the two site URLs I mentioned. I'm really sorry but If you don't specify, it applies to "everything", which may or may not be good, depending upon how thing...

They need to have different cookie names and different paths. If they share a database, they must have different table prefixes. Thank you. Yes they have different table prefixes (otherwise they woudln't work at all) and different cookie names. It is the paths that are confusing me. This is why I w...

Thanks for your quick answer. So what is the best way to resolve this then? I have contacted 1&1 (the provider) and tried to explain that I think this may be of some concern to them. For example the PsyBNC file is completely undeletable... 1&1 are really very unhelpful. They are just telling...

I have just been hit with this exact file type and a few others. Including PsyBNC 2.3.1

I am always very careful and am always using very latest versions.

So really there is nothing to do but wipe the server?

What does all that stuff actually do?

Thanks.
