Backup Database on Server 1
Restore Database on Server 2
Upload 3.0.4 full files on Server 2
Run the Database Update Script

Then you should be up and runnin on Server 2 on 3.0.4

Wow, that was a fast reply. Thank You. So, it sounds like it is not too scary of a task, but I will loose the few mods I made. Yes, make a backup before you do anything... then it's just as simple as upgrading the database and following all the 'upgrade' scripts provided with the MySQL 5 update.

Not really a fail, it's not all that uncommon especially if resources get thing.

In your config.php change

Code: Select all

$dbhost = ''xxxxxxxxxxx.secureserver.net';


to

Code: Select all

$dbhost = "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.hostedresource.com'';
Where the X's are well, whatever it is now...
