The one who actually wrote the script, that's the measure of intelligence you need to note.

If you need to be like Einstein to write the script, then we're still pretty good!

Depends on how smart the hacker needs to be in order to hack it.

If the only ones hacking us are those with PhD's in computer science (or similar IQ level), I dare say we're "pretty good"! :D

Hopefully nobody starts PETP, then we would get suicidal starvation for those who believe in PETA and PETP (unless they're lucky enough to find something already dead).

Fair enough, a device to keep it alive.

So to eat meat, and keep PETA et al. satisfied, we would need to wait for the animal to die of old age?

Maybe the key would be that a 5 year warranty would be a very bad gamble, whilst a 4 year warranty would be OK if the dealer was desperate to sell the cars.

Formatting hard disk often is not good. I am computer hardware servicer. In my service i noticed that some hard disks damaged after formatting them many times. Low-level formatting is the harsh one. Normal formatting is no different than saving a file, in that 0s are changed to 1s and vice-versa on...

In Newfoundland, that may be the reason why the seal hunt is complained about, but not fishing or crabbing. Seals are far larger than fish/crabs/lobsters.

Re: 5-year cars?

As for the 5 year thing, I kinda doubt that one as well. 2 of our 3 cars have gone past the 5 year mark. One is a 99, the other a 97. They are both alive and well. The 99 is a Ford as a matter of fact. Were they put to normal use (normal amount of miles/normal terrain)? Were there any major parts r...
