already done:

keep in mind that this is not a phpbb.com supported extension so you would have to get support from where you download it.

Re: non-developed design phpbb?

I installed some of your free stuff and did not work. Because it is designed for old versions. I am not from you alone. Any program use. Some people like to show in front of others that he is an expert and stuff himself in everything, which is the opposite not sure what you are talking about. what ...

Re: non-developed design phpbb?

well, beatiful is a subjective term, but most of the styles in the style database are up to date. and I know of some of the paid ones available elsewhere that are up to date as well. I have to wonder why you are here constantly complaining about phpbb's lack of things that you think it should have. ...

Re: White screen at permissions tab in ACP

use your ftp and look in the board root and/or the site root for a file named error.log or something similar.

many hosts are not using the control panel error logs system for some reason but you can often find the actual file on the server with the log entries in it.

Re: is it possible to increase the width of the post's body?

there was no need to add that line to the overallheader file.
'all you have to do is edit the content.css file and then purge the cache and or refresh your browser to see the changes.

the content.css file is already being used so that line is redundant and may even cause problems .

Re: add-on friendly links

we understand exactly what you are saying and what you are trying to do. the problem is that you are wrong in your belief about the search engines and how they see dynamic links like phpbb uses. there is no problem of duplicate content at all for the search engines. they understand how it works peri...

Re: Websites that have insane rule or polices

that is not violating your privacy. just don't use that site if they do not want you there. you apparently have no idea what violating your privacy means. you can be upset at this site for not doing what you want them to but that does not mean that they are breaking any privacy laws etc. the reason ...

Re: Websites that have insane rule or polices

how are they preventing you from hooking up with someone? just because they said you couldn't do it? do it anyway. they don't control who you hook up with or anything else that you do. they are just a website and they can not violate your privacy by simply telling you not to do whatever it is. robert

Re: Updating the DB for transition from phpBB 3.0.14 to 3.2.5

you need full database backup just in case. I would download it just in case. download all the old files and folder from your ftp just in case. you need to remove all parts of all MODs before you start. what problem did you have with the STK? part of the upgrade is removing all the old files except ...

Re: HELP How to deal with the "Anti Privacy Act"?!

I think you are really not understanding whatever law you are talking about.

there is simply no way any free country would get away with that.
talk about privacy issues, this takes the cake.

my suggestion would be to contact a lawyer and ask them what this law means.

Re: Websites that have insane rule or polices

mainly, what you think is violating your privacy is not. they can tell you whatever they want to but unless they are actually stopping you from doing something or actually invading your privacy is some way, they are not breaking any laws of any country I can think of. for instance, I may think that ...
