You can usually access your old host cpanel after your domain has moved - get the latest database and import into your new site at Bluehost. I would use file manger to set up your own phpbb if possible.

It looks odd, that the radio button for store locally (set dafault option) is still there - serves no purpose except ambiguity.

Ha! I liked my backup local files on pc - download in 1 go. As it is not a big board it was handy.
