[DEV] Anti-spambot silent user approval

At the moment this mod is just an idea so any feedback would be appreciated. My idea is that all new users can post freely but any posts they make that have images or if they add a website or add a url/image to the signature then all their posts will be hidden until approved by a moderator or admin ...

I have ran 'db_update.php' but my forum is still down!!! How can I undo your mod? The reason your forum is down is that the SQL statements have not successfully executed, it looks like there is a problem with with the mod and ms-sql. You can back up the database by exporting it in the admin control...

HELP!

Yes, with easyMod it will keep backups and you can roll back the mod. If you remove the mod your forum will still work without needing to remove the extra sql tables and table alterations.

It looks like the prefix for your database tables is not phpbb_. Use phpMyAdmin and look at the database tables and see if they all have a common prefix on all of them.

May want to clean your install file :P Done. I have now updated the mod so the config is done through the admin control panel rather than hardcoded in the php files and a limit can be placed on the maximum number of guest posts on any single topic. The mod is now complete and if no one posts any er...

Modifying SQL is something I am new too. So forgive me for being totally ignorant with this question. Where the note says "# NOTE: Create table, make sure you change phpbb_ to your own table prefix!", what exactly does that mean? I know it means anything starting with "phpbb_" n...

What to do?

This is line 203 in functions_post.php

probably in posting.php where the submit_post is called, check that it has
$post_flagged as the last argument. If it does not than recheck all the edits for this mod on that file.
