I don't think either Ferrari nor Bridgestone can turn this season around. I am looking forward to the Honda teams emergence with their own engine. The Honda road cars have made some wonderful technological leaps and I look forward to seeing what they can do with a Formula One engine. The Renault rea...

Today someone can write out tabs, put them on the internet, and give them away to anyone in the world. Even if that person doesn't charge for their work, it's still impacting the rights of the original musician or the company he has a contract with. It's more visible now because it's easy. actually...

Music companies don't have any copyright over the lyrics and tabs. The artists who created the songs offically own the copyright. My point being is it should be the artists trying to take down the lyric and tab sites not a corrupt organization. Yes but the contract to the company means that the art...

Yes, but what you've just explained isn't copying. It's like, you CAN make a painting that's LIKE mona lisa, bout you can't paint mona lisa exactly and try selling it as mona lisa. With the other example, again, you're just "inspired" from it, you changed it. Now if you were to start singing Nothin...

hi phantom, source is shown 3rd line down below the words the trademark is just too rude. (and that is my take on it too  ) Pit, yeah there is that as well, it's a kind of double whammy and this has been going on for 7 years - Dennis Woodman - hero of the month no doubt about it  The...

Ah, the Evening Standard... [sarcasm]that bastion of British Journalism[/sarcasm] With all stories like this it is best to get the information from the horses mouth. That means, in this case, the patent office, the man filing for it or French Connection. Really don't trust what the Evening Standard ...

So where exactly do you draw the line in crimes with which people can be rehabilitated for and crimes they can't? When death is not a factor or when the event has been deamed an accident, in otherwords, the intent to kill was absent ;) So does that mean that no murderer can be rehabilited and shoul...

Writing books or not hes a criminal. The entire argument that he should be free because he writes books is absolutely retarted. But no one was asking for him to be free. Simply not executed. Life in prison without parole is hardly free. This case is incredibly complex and I am wary to delve anymore...

Thier are certain things that cannot be "forgiven". How did his reform take place anyway ? Was he trying to "reform" his ways before he was arrested for the murders he "committed" or did his "reform" take place after the fact. I think he's just sorry he was caught .... If he wasn't caught he would ...

Who are the Liberals and Conservatives?

It seems that no matter what forum you visit on the Internet there ends up being a battle between Liberals and Conservatives. When you get to know the board you sometimes find that some people will always pick the liberal side and some always the conservative side. Who are these people? You see, I c...

Re: Your first computer and why???

Mine was a Sinclair ZX-81 complete with the factory-spec 1K RAM, monochrome graphics. Mine too. Though my parents eventually splashed out on a 16k RAM pack. Not even enough to store a blank Microsoft Word document now. Lucky you, I had to struggle along with that 1K until I managed to upgrade to a ...
