See if the style you have is compatible with 2.0.19. If not, then you have a problem. This site doesn't have downgrades, so you probably won't be able to downgrade your forums unless you get 2.0.18 from another source.

Open up viewtopic_body.tpl and edit that. Also play around with some of the other files if you need to.

After you delete a post, it's gone. There's nothing you can do about it. Sorry. However, there might be a MOD that changes the number at the bottom of the page, but I doubt it.

It looks like you don't have a file in the admin directory. Make sure you uploaded it correctly, because on of your files is missing.

Ok, we were able to get to the site by allowing the scripts on the iis server. But now, for the database configuration part, do I need to create my own database, or will it create on? How does the date work in phpBB? I know it uses the PHP date() function, but in the database, all the dates are integers... o_0 How does phpBB convert the date?

It depends. If you are going to have unlimited forums, I'd recommend using one database. Of course, having multiple would be more organized, but it would take a LOT of space on the server.
