Ok, I solved my problem, not the perfect way

Basically the generated menu file is now being written as a php file, and I am using

Code: Select all

<!-- INCLUDEPHP somefile.php -->
to include this file in my template which prevents the file being cached

Ok, same prob as every one else, clients site went absolutely haywire about the 12th November, A couple of days ago I got the call to do something, changed the Q & A question and deleted all the others that were there, cleared the sessions, deleted spam users and posts. no more spam registration...

Hi all

Probably an odd request, but is there any sample dummy data to populate a forum with posts and users for testing things out?

I used to put it all in by hand but well I've got lazy
