What I especially like about the Wii is the innovation. Although I haven't bought one yet (still saving money), I will next year. Also what I like about Nintendo in general is their backwards compatibility. The Wii can link with the DS (Lite), which can also play GBA games (DS games can also read da...

martijn2 this error you are experiencing looks to me (at best a guess) to be caused by an edit in a count/sql query on viewtopic.php. This mod doesn't touch any of the sql queries on viewtopic (it just adds new seperate code to the functions), so seems unlikely to be the cause. I understand. The pr...

Hi, at my installation, this MOD seems to have cut off the number of posts displayed per topic to only one, the last one. It affects all the forums. I'm not 100% sure this is caused by this MOD but it was the last one I've added and it seemed to have started after that. To clarify a bit from what I ...

Hi, I love this MOD, but am having one question/request.
I've browsed the whole topic and this has been asked one or two times before already, but is it possible to have the users' avatar display instead of the house icon?
This would be great to have.
Thanks in advance! :)

I don't know what's causing it, but there is a way to enable debug information on your forum. Try to use that mode, it might give info on what is happening.

I had to exchange a constant in a SQL query with a variable according to your instructions. It wasn't 100% clear to me to be honest :S

What you said seems to have done the trick, it was the constant that was not correctly passed (as an variable while it should've been an constant). I did a few tests with deleting/saving/submitting and found a few other mistakes but solved them as they where having the same cause. Anyway, thanks a l...

Hi, The installation of this mod has seemed to go fine (by hand). There is only a problem with privmsg.php wich I can't solve. Here is the debug info: Could not insert/update private message sent info. DEBUG MODE INSERT INTO 1 (privmsgs_type, privmsgs_subject, privmsgs_from_userid, privmsgs_to_useri...

I found the problem, I didn't add a case 'thank': switch somewhere else in the posting.php file. Strangely enough I'm unable to find it in the install instructions. // // What auth type do we need to check? // $is_auth = array(); switch( $mode ) { case 'newtopic': if ( $topic_type == POST_ANNOUNCE )...

It says "No posting mode specified" of something like that, and it directs to posting.php?mode=thank&t=xxx (xxx=topicid).

Hi, I wanted to try this prommising mod, but I can't get the thanks button to display correctly. I might be wrong, but you can thank all users in the topic right? Anyway, here is my (unmodified) viewtopic_body.tpl file. Can anybody take a look at it? It belongs to the Invision Blue template from php...

Great job! I installed it on a test board and it works great. Perhaps support for BBCode and smileys would be good as well.

Email questions

Hi, I'm looking for a MOD that adds the option for guest posters to the posting screen, so if they wish so, they can be contacted about their post. Is such a MOD already available? Also can someone suggest me some MODs to improve the forum mailer script in general? (like the mass email feature (I kn...
