changed that file and still no luck still says every avatar is too big

even if my number is set to lets say 99999999999999 nytes

a 1.3kb avatar still says it is too big

9999999 and then i set it to 999 and it still doesnt work... my avatar is only 1.3kb and it says your avatar must be less than 10kb

yes they are all correct

this is the message i get when i upload any avatar even though the avatar is very small it still wont work

any help would be appreciated...
