Re: [DEV] 1-Click Sort Topics

It seems like a nice mod to have, especially for when you want to answer to threads with low reply counts.

Excellent work so far. I can't wait to see an official version, if there will be. :)

Re: [RC3] Referral Plus v 1.3.0

How can we give our members referral links instead of sending out emails?

User selected alliance/race = Restricting style but not smil

I plan on developing a game forum where the users will choose an alliance or race upon registration. Based on their choices I'd like to make one race use one skin and the other race use another. Also for this mod I was considering using the Template Smilie Images mod, but for posting I'd more or les...

Re: [2.0.6] Template Smile Images

Just wondering, but if people are posting while using different templates and smilies than you, would you be able to still see their submitted smilies? Or am I creating a different mod?

Re: Inappropriate Material System

Well, thank you phpBB forum members for replying to my thread. I'm sorry if any of you got mad about the topic. I posted this for a variety of reasons: I'm a minor, myself, and cannot afford nice, flashy hosting packages that allow you to host you belly dancing or your latest mutilated slab of meat....

Yes, but on many forums they aren't spambots. Their people who get kicks out of posting rude images.

Inappropriate Material System

Hi, I've been lurking around forums and recently I've seen many postings of inappropriate material in places where large amounts of minors access and can view these images, including myself. There needs to be a system where the IPs of the posters of inappropriate material, in public view where minor...

Re: Are all the 3.0 templates going to be right-justified?

The emphasis of the text first is a smart move, in my opinion. The text is more open for reading and after reading the text you can see who posted it to either respect or dislike the person. Before you normally just checked the user status, post count, and didn't bother to read it at all if they see...

Re: Anna Nicole Smith Dead Age 39.

The big problem is how Howard Stern pushed her to take drugs. Including the time with her drugged with her face looking like a clown, which they had on camera as evidence.

It's really sad if he killed her and gets her baby.

Re: Windows vs. Linux

I changed to Ubuntu Edgy a while back and it definitely is something to get used to. The amount of programs open for download is nice, but the amount of add-ons needed for simple tasks achieved on WinXP really loads you down. Gaming is largely effected because many of the MMOs I used to play are not...

Where is this pink bubble

Ah! Sorry, I was thinking about the Forums Rules pink bubble thing when I posted this.

Since I saw the sub-forums again, I still think it looks nice.

Re: My Opinion of this "Board"

I'm amazed that you mentioned thee wasn't a Calendar system. I hadn't noticed! I don't use it, but most forum software do.

If you really want it though, just add it as a mod or something.

Re: 2.0.x MODs Quality?

Most MODs won't convert, so it doesn't really matter. I believe it has been stated that the Attachment MOD will convert. Other MOD authors may provide conversions scripts for their own MODs. But in general you probably should not count on being able to convert any MODs. Okay, thank you for helping ...

2.0.x MODs Quality?

Since there will probably be a converter from 2.0.x to 3.0.x in the future, I'm just wondering which MODs to install on my 2.0.x forum before the conversion? Should I leave out the new feature MODs that are in 3.0.x?
