Restrict newer users from creating polls

Is there a way to automatically restrict new users from creating poll topics? My idea is to only let users with say 100 or more posts create polls. Thanks. (Tried to search on this, but the search function only lets me enter one word, or it returns a blank page.)

does your host use cpanel? It should have backed up your DB in the home directory backup. At least, mine does.

any suggestions?

When I try to get info on an IP, it just refreshes the window.

when I try to look at an IP from the admin screen, it still goes to network-tools.

I also had tracked it down to the word "mail". ehost pros, on the other hand, did not respond to me at all. I had to change hosts. Who is your provider? I am having EXACTLY the same issue. I can type "Please email" but if I type "Please email me", I get the same 403 error. Crazy. I also have a support ticket in.

[edit] I saw in your post that ehostpros is your webhosting provider. Mine too. I wonder what they changed?
