Error When Accessing Moderators Group

Could not obtain user info for moderator list

DEBUG MODE

SELECT user_id, username FROM nuke_users WHERE user_id = 5

Line : 119
File : admin_groups.php

No "Edited by..." on Moderator/Administrator Edit

Is there a MOD to remove the "Edited by..." when a Moderator or Administrator makes a change to a post?
