That data is already available on most servers through error logs. ;)

Normally through your hosting manager. I use cPanel and logs can be found by logging in and clicking on 'Raw Access Logs'.

64.34.161.163 was the IP that was in my logs. I saw someone else with the same IP posted. Hopefully this guy is too stupid to spoof. ;)
