Thanks to RMcGirr83 and RytoEX, the American Language Pack, with its 3.0.0 version, is now compatible with phpBB 3.2.0.

For now, nope. If there's no one taking care of it, I'll update the language pack when I'll have some free time (I don't know when), but it's better if someone can maintains it regularly.

EDIT: RMcGirr83 seems to be up to update the language pack, yay!

Mmh, I'm not even sure it will be released today. There are some important bugs for now, maybe the developers decided to delay a bit the release?

The updated French language pack have just been approved, so you can download it from the Customisation Database as usual.

You can try to contact the Management Team via the "New PM" page and the "Add groups" feature.

These language variables are from 3.1.6, the latest language pack version is compatible with phpBB 3.1.5, so that will be fixed in the next version of the language pack once validated.

For information, you can submit your language package with English ACP files.
It's now acceptable.

I think he's talking about web services like Google Translation, Bing, etc. No clue.
