I was thinking it was in the code some where but it turns out it was just a CSS variable I had to tweak.

Oh I should also mention this works fine when we use the modcp to browse the thread list.

So if we visit an individual thread, and click the 'you can moderate this forum' link, we can see all the topics listed there.

Could this possibly be related to the size of the forum? It has around 20,000 more posts than any other one we have.
