Nevermind. I found the problem. It seems the topic got deleted but the forum view didn't update. Just had to resync the forum to fix the problem. :D

There's several of this modification already done, infact I think 1 has been submitted to the database. http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=135776 That MOD only changes the topic view. Althought mine does the same at the moment, I will be adding support for the private messages section also.

You don't need to worry about being hacked if you update your installation frequently. But yes, modding your phpBB a bit might help prevent hackers and spammers from finding your board. :)
