commenting out that line made the smilies render visually, OK, leave that for now, I can't figure out in a few minutes why your path has the full URL twice. but the pull down menu that lets me choose the image file is not looking in the right place still. That is a new question? It is not looking r...

Thisis what it should say about line 160 // //***** Build a list of current file names *****// // $smilies_path = $board_config['smilies_path']; //already has root prepended if (substr($smilies_path, 0, strlen($phpbb_root_path)) != $phpbb_root_path) { $smilies_path = $phpbb_root_path . $smilies_pat...

i did it manually and just copied the whole document

i've looked at every instance of $smilies_path and don't happen to know enough php to figure out where the mistake is.

i just noticed that there is nothing in the image file pull down in properties in the acp (obviously related)

sorry :(

i installed this mod and i've had to write some long posts lately. every time i do that i get the warning message telling me that i may have been a bot.

is there a way to change the time out length to more than a few minutes ?

yeah i was thinking of just another user group with a different permissions number and then linking it into your mod since it is already set up with different rules for different usergroups, seems simple on the surface, but i don't code that much ;)

is it possible (with another mod that automagically changes the user group as post count increases) to have this work 'out of the box' to allow another usergroup (other than mods and admins) to post un-moderated.

i.e. after someone has a few posts, they can post freely.

cheers
