May I please get some direction on where to go to edit the terms and conditions page? What file do I open to edit that?

Not the account, suppose they are expereincing problems. One of the Admins logs in as that user without a password, then they start looking for the problem......

I found a MOD disabling password for users so the admin can debug or correct a problem. Is there a way you can do that without the MOD or without changing the user.password...like in the Admn Panel?

Anyone know how to build a free web based chat using java? I'm working on a chatroom for my forum/site and am wondering if you know any good applet scripts, rather than trying to build then upload a home made script. Perhaps a web site or two? Thanks

Well, understand that I am under the age of eighteen. So, getting a paid host would cost me, wouldn't it? I do not have a paypal account. Once I get my web page up and going, the forum is going to be quite busy. Do you have any last ideas that might just work?
