Was upgrading from pre to latest and managed to overwrite config file. I only saved data from data base and not structure etc. Is it now I need to slit my wrists?

Or is there someway out of this dilemma?

mixing versions under vhosting

 Being a bit gunshy of bringing down my money maker, I have been running version 1.4.
