just the topic i've been looking for. Have you (the two posters above me) created a totally xhtml 1.0 compliant phpbb2? i think perhaps if no one has done it, we could do it in parts. Split the work up among 4-8 people. If interested, please contact me. edit - > my real beef is with <ul> and <li> ta...

Hello; I've read the section on incorporating global announcement mod with forum permission mod . I will attempt to install this *patch* as soon as I am able. My question, however, concerns the permissions for creating global announcements (GA) in my forums. Right now, all Moderators and Admins can...

On my board, if guests have no permission to reply to topics, they do not see the Quick Reply. Don't know why others are having problems here.

Do you know html? Find the correct <td> tag and remove the text. Replace it with &nbsp;

DonGato: I have a slight problem with the ed2k mod. It is making "unusually" characters like é á í ó ú appear very funny. Is there something I need to do to correct this? I use those unicode chars because my forum is in spanish, and the links are too, and spanish uses those accent marks :? Hope you...

if you want to make an image map, go to W3c.org and run a search (in your browser) for this text: Client-side image map examples

It will have examples that you can use for <object></object>, or <map></map> etc. Hope it helps.

It has some black space between it and your 1st image. It looks good like that, IMO. ONe more thing, the colour of your buttons (login, memberlist...

Great fix though! i love it.

According to the Knowledge Base article for this procedure, one must also do the same thing to two other files. It says you do it to overall_header.tpl, simple_header.tpl, and admin/page_header.tpl. Is this correct? I noticed that the default css in vanilla install of phpbb2.0.19 isn't the same for...
