I've been having trouble with the visual confirmation. (Some people complain they can't see the image to validate) So I'd like to post a message right above that telling people to contact my email if they have a problem using it. How is that done? Keep in mind when answering I'm a total n00b at this.

You'll have to forgive me I'm totally newbish with sql and databases and all of that. Is there a page somewhere explaining how to do that?
