Flood Interval Issue

For whatever reason my hosting server had some date issues a while back. The system date was set to May 26, 2007. The clock was reset, but now, whenever anyone that posted when the clock was off tries to post they get a message that it's too soon to post. Can I disable that check? Is there a way to ...

That did it, but I wonder if just changing the setting the config section wouldn't have done the same thing. Once I saw the script location setting had been changed it looked much clearer to me. :)

Move Forum within same site

I want to move my forum from behind a layer of security to the public section of my site, however whenever the user logs in from the new location the forum wants to load from the private section. How do I move it and where are the settings that tell the forum where it's located?
