Re: [RC1] Registration Auth Code (RAC)

Yes, it didn't like me changing the <!-- BEGIN switch_user_logged_out --> comment in the profile_add_body.tpl file. Apparently that is used internally as some sort of a special coding requirement. And/or it also didn't like blank lines before and after the inserted section. Following are the bad and...

Re: [RC1] Registration Auth Code (RAC)

I'm a PHP programmer and I think I added the mods correctly. I am getting this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /xxxxxxxxxx/forum/includes/template.php(127) : eval()'d code on line 65

Re: [2.0.18] Auto Cookies

I am having problems with people using IE not being able to log in. It seems to be ignoring them. Is that what this mod fixes?

WHY does the BBCode code support ONLY IE???

Or, am I imagining things, or missing something? It's not 100% IE, but close enough. The emoticons and non-selected text only append at the end of the message text. I'm using Firefox, but I know it also fails on Safari for Mac, and I would bet it fails on Netscape/Mozilla. I thought I would post her...

postbody table width specification

I was surprised that this wasn't part of the system already. I've seen something like it in almost every forum I've ever used. I added it into my code, hardcoded. Find the mods below. (version 2.0.18) (for me, the files are located in /templates/subSilver/ ) But, it really should be an option/prefer...

As far as i can tell, people have been complaining about this problem for months, if not longer. The problem is that, if you have your system setup securely, and the open_basedir value is set correctly (e.g., as "/public_html/"), it won't allow the PHP program to access any files not under the open_...

avatar upload bug

Wadr, the code in includes/usercp_avatar.php is all crapped up. ( 2.0.18 ) It seriously needs to be visited and corrected. It is not well-written at all. Below is my "quick-fix" for the problem of avatars not uploading because of the call to getimagesize() failing because you have the open_basedir ...
