Re: Guest and names with no profile posts on board

Oh, it is fixed! Threw me for a loop because I could still see the reply buttons, but it just takes me to register. Thank you for your help, sorry for the multiple posts.

Give us a screenshot of the output of the Forum-based permissions mask for the Anonymous user and a forum in which Guest posting is happening.
This one Steve?

Have you accidentally added the anonymous account to the registered users group?

It should only be in the guest group.
That did happen and I changed it, but still not fixed.

Re: Guest and names with no profile posts on board

Looks like maybe my permissions are messed up somewhere? No matter what I try, I can't turn it off.

Re: What does id="profile{postrow.POST_ID} do?

If you are just talking about removing id="profile{postrow.POST_ID}" that will be fine, it won't hinder any function. It could be used to highlight posts on a profile ID basis.

Moving 42,000 Registered COPPA users

Running phpBB 3.2.2, recently upgraded from 3.0.14

I need to move 42,059 Registered COPPA users out of that group and in to the Registered users group. Is there a bulk method to accomplish this? Maybe an sql query?

Re: Template var for Newly Registered Users

I thought it was this, but that didn't work either...

Code: Select all

<!-- IF S_USER_NEW -->

Template var for Newly Registered Users

Using v3.2.2

I tried

Code: Select all

<!-- IF S_NEWLY_REGISTERED_USER -->
but that does not seem to be it.

Thanks

The ACP also states I'm on 3.2.1. I used the files from 3.2.2
