Re: Advanced Meta Tags

Well, it does SAY it has those features; however.... the main features I discovered were: a) Not in any way compatible with AutoMOD b) Totally and completely broke my board into little tiny pieces when I tried installing manually. Thanks but no thanks. I'll stick with the Advanced Meta Tags M...

Re: Advanced Meta Tags

Hi, I got this MOD installed okay (after a little manual tweaking with the one line in viewtopic.php), and it works almost exactly as advertised. The one part missing (as has been mentioned in an earlier post on page 4 of this thread) is the filtering of common keywords. I'm getting things like "and...

I love how easy it was to install and use this mod! Thanks! Is it possible to give the options to display the map as "Map Satellite Hybrid"? I'd like to use the maps to display directions and roadmaps, so while the satellite view is nice, it's not so nifty for directions. Is there a quick 'n' dirty ...

I got it solved, but I'm still not sure how it became a problem in the first place. Somehow one of the new MODs must have changed the PM threshold settings from "blank=no restriction" to "blank=no acceptable threshold". Go fig. 3 months of no problem, then *bam* conflict! Thanks for reading, sorry f...

Love it!! I did notice, though, that in the template line, in the copy instructions, the directory "/admin/" was missing from the path.

Once it knew where to put the file, however, it worked like a dang!!

GREAT mod!!

Hello, I'm getting the same error message as a fellow posted about a page back: Could not insert user_id for poll DEBUG MODE INSERT INTO phpbb_vote_voters (vote_id, vote_user_id, vote_user_ip, vote_option_id) VALUES (24, 2, '8180d931', '2') Line : 519 File : posting.php Is there any fix for this? LOVE this MOD!! Just a little FYI for anyone using Mehdi's phpbb-joomla bridge. After installing this MOD you don't have to do anything, it will automatically pick up the metatags from the joomla installation, which is a lovely thing for unifying a site! (At least it will do that if you're using th...

Incomplete thread display

In the last couple of weeks my forum has suddenly developed a problem with loading threads completely. It stalls out at various places and shows only partial threads, often with empty boxes where the "last" post would be (it's actually a post in the middle, but it's the last one to attempt to load)....

Copying forums from one category to another?

Hi! I'm setting up a forum for a site that acts as a swap-meet, so I've got 2 main Categories: "Stuff looking for homes" and "Homes looking for stuff". Each category has the exact same 26 forums within it. Is it possible to copy the 26 forums from the first category into the second, or do I have to ...

I've got this MOD working, and I love it! Just one teeny irritation.... The image for the nifty little garbage can icon is broken, yet everything looks like it should be working. The image is where it's supposed to be, and the coding appears to be pointing to the right place, but I still get the dre...

That works perfectly! Thanx so much! I was hoping that someone out there would be able to make sense of the spaghetti that my viewtopic.php has become.

Thank you! I seem to have fragments of what the MOD is looking for scattered all over the place, so clearly there's been some other MOD intervening.

That's the wrong line. you need to search for if ( $user_sig != '' ) { $user_sig = make_clickable($user_sig); not what you posted What I was trying to say was that my viewtopic.php doesn't have that line from the MOD, so I can't replace it (don't want to wreck something else). What it DOES have is ...
