Are admins the only ones who can change the forums?

How do I make someone my co-admin and have them help me build my site?

I made a christian site. I wanted others to know christ. I only have one member (me). But I just got started. It has no other board except test. So I'm glad there's no members.

ok thanx. I was just getting worried that if I needed help and it wasn't the same thing that I wouldn't be able to get help.

I have a phpbbplanet site, is that the same thing and will I still be able to get help here with it?

Cool, ya, my brother said I don't need a ds I need a psp. my mom didn't want me getting a ds cuase of the price, I finally got her talked into it, if I asked to get a psp she'd outright say no.

I'm using phpbbplanet and this friend wants to be n admin, I can't figure out how to get him there.

I've played it b4 just not that game. U should get a ds, from what I've played they are so fun.
