problem solved. I just backuped the forum and it says in top:

Phew yeh it was my profile i didn't think about that it wasn't changed with the other settings in the configuration. Well it's still wrong. I have to use +2 to get it correct when i live in +1.... well i got it working thx.

My time isn't correct on my forum. i set it to +2 GMT but it shows up as -1 GMT

I know many illegal warez forums have this to redirect it to http://anonym.to/ so the other site can't see what adress you was linked from.
