This is just a suggestion, but you could enable the feature that new users posts must be approved by a Moderator. It means more work for your Moderators, however eventually this poster will go away if he can't post.

As stated in an earlier post you must clear your cache files leaving only the index file and the .htaccess file.

@Footballer Yes HotEditor is compatible with our Portal. @Frold This is not the way I answered after test of HotEditor. We have had many issues with hot editor in the past and you know that. Doing what wiccaan said a few posts above. Worked great for me converting from phpBB 2.0.22 to phpBB 3.0 Gold. Thanks for posting that wiccaan!

I have the same problem. In Firefox I get a blank page, and in IE I get an error page.

Just checked and admin_quiz.php is in the admin directory.
