Phpbb 2.0.22, TC 1.0.1 upgrade question

I've downloaded the new mod package for Topic Calendar 1.2.2. I also have Birthdays 2.0.0 installed (by Terrafrost), does this have to be removed to use this? I also notice there is an uninstall 1.0.1 file present. I haven't noticed in the text anywhere that is says I have to uninstall 1.0.1 first b...

Re: Results width control

sitck <div> at the beginning and </div> at the end of survey_result_viewtopic.tpl. That should work fine in FF but I'm not sure about IE. Let me know how that goes. yes it does work fine in firefox, it even works for Explorer on the mac, but safari has no change. I think I'll leave it though, becau...

Re: Results width control

You can set a width for each question, but at the end of the day if the survey has too many questions and is too wide for the width of the browser, it will automatically put in horizontal scrollbars for the entire topic (which is fine for reading the survey but not ideal for the rest of the posts)....

Results width control

I've done my best to scan the replies here, and I have probably missed it as I can't imagine someone else hasn't asked this already. So appologies in advance... However the question is... if a survey has lots of questions in it, of course the resulting results window is exceptionally wide. How can I...

I personally thank you alot for not only being speedy but getting it done so smoothly. I had no problems with both betas. Although I admit to not using html code much in my board at all (if at all), I to didn't catch the bug you found. Thanks again for being so fast. I highly recommend this to anyon...

Multiple selections of checkbox

I know php a very little bit. Enough that I can "sometimes" pick out mistakes or things that just don't look right. (although just the other day I let several capitalization errors slip by....). So probably best I don't attempt this... and that's before even getting into mysql tables issues. However...

Question about checkbox/radio buttons

I have looked through the postings, and I admit, my answer might be here somewhere but I can't find it. I have version 1-0-16 and want to know if there is a way to make the radio buttons or checkboxes to have multiple selections per question. for example, survey question, which of the following do y...

Re: Hi, noticed one problem

Could you check if, during the backup process, the /backups/[sid]_backup.sql file is being created? Vic Oh sorry Vic, I did it again. You had given me that lower case fix for the database call for 1.0.8 and I forgot to apply it to .10. "$field = 'Tables_in_' . strtolower($dbname);" after applying i...

Re: Hi, noticed one problem

Could you check if, during the backup process, the /backups/[sid]_backup.sql file is being created? Vic There is no _backup.sql file being created, but a .dat file is created (1bbbf16e25776f3a5957d2fdeaf5dd40_tasks.dat) with the (sid?) as a prefix. The file has no size to speak of (4k) and the prog...

Hi, noticed one problem

Hi Vic, I have run the update to 10... however noticed something. When I select all tables and run the various options for compression, everything works except the "none" option. When I select none, I get this error: Warning: rename(backups/c0c29e26ff034d555266912360c84786_backup.sql,backups/sql_114...

Ah ha.... persistence will prevail!

Sorry to double post there, thought it stalled. But.... I found the problem. for some reason the begin if statement was behind a comment out hash pair. So of course, uncomment, and voilá instant fixed. Sorry to bother everyone, solved my own problem. Love the mod by the way - I believe in the KISS p...

Problem: Subforums showing up at bottom of main forum list

I know this is something i've missed or maybe added something twice by mistake (I add mods manually), however for the life of me I can't find it. So... I'm hoping someone can just quickly tell me where and what to look for. here's the situation: I use three themes (subsilver, Solaris and F1 Apple Pi...

Excellent

Much better!

thank you very much. I'm going to assume then that I'll have to do that with the newer versions as well then, so I'll keep this change handy.

thanks very much again.
