Re: error code in forum header...

Darcie, I followed his link which brings the support ticket generator, I filled it out as requested and also selected "yes" when asked if I felt the board had been hacked. Here is the message I got: If your board was hacked, we ask that you file a report with the Incident Investigation Tra...

Re: error code in forum header...

How did you update? Please fill out the Support Request Template . Since there was no update package to go from 3.0.0 to 3.0.4 I searched the site here and found someone to help me. User "Tom" posted this guide for me: Introduction I've been seeing many users in the Support Forum having t...

Re: error code in forum header...

Forgive me, I hit the wrong key. 3.0.4 is my current version. Any ideas? Actually it seems the site may have been hacked. Now when I go to it AVG is warning me not to go there, that it hosts malware. When I go the header errors are still there but in the notification bar (bottom left) of the browser...

Hello all, I recently updated my board from v.3.0.0 to v.3.0.5 and am now getting a strange message at the header of my board >>link removed>> which goes like this: [phpBB Debug] PHP Notice: in file /includes/session.php on line 990: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output...

Tom, I don't have the ability to view a server error log, my hosting company offers no such feature that I have found :(

Is there a time-out setting somewhere that might have something to do w/ this?

cannot delete users w/ 100's of posts

Hi all, I just upgraded to 3.0.4 thinking it might fix this but it hasn't. Basically if I'm trying to ban/delete a member account who has 300+ posts, once I click "ok" to confirm the delete/ban I get this: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration a...

Re: possible to auto upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.4?

Tom, thanks for the prompt reply and thorough information! I am a little confused by this though: Step #2: Upload everything in the 3.0.4 package to your server except the following files and directories: config.php images/ directory files/ directory Step #3: Copy the following files and directories...

possible to auto upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.4?

Hello Friends,

I am trying to update 2 boards, one running 3.0.0 and the other 3.0.1 to the latest version 3.0.4 with the auto update package, I don't see files for anything under 3.0.2 unfortunately. Anyone know if there is such a thing available? Thanks in advance.

no. It not a big big problem. Check the group permissions for mods. Yeah I realized this and came back to retract my last post, looks like you beat me to it. I must say it's flipping retarded that the permissions get reset when you attempt to update the forum... totally retarded. Thanks for your he...

Re: Timeouts while updating from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1

Loads fast for me and I'm only on a 128k ISDN dialup connection. Yeah about 10 minutes after I got off the line w/ support it started to load faster. It's looking much better now, but I have a much bigger problem to deal w/ now. Every since the timeouts during the update from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 I now a...

Re: Timeouts while updating from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1

You should contact your host about the 'slowness' and timeouts. Tried that, according to them it's loading "fast". Did you try to go to my site and see how slow it takes a thread to load? this site is a rocketship compared to mine, and mine used to be like this too, I just don't know what...
