I managed to get this with the help of a friend. Here is how it was done: ############################################################ in includes/functions_post.php find: } if ($mode != 'poll_delete') BEFORE this insert: // DGNT-SHADOW-HACK $sql = "UPDATE " . TOPICS_TABLE . " SET $topic_update_sql ...

Is there a way to change around this mod a bit so that if you search a parent forum you automatically search its sub-forums as well?

A different moving posts mod (different function)

This should be pretty simple for you experts here. Is it possible to make a mod for moderators to use (in addition to their default delete, move, lock and split) that does the following in order: 1. Moves the selected topic to a forum that the moderator selects without leaving a shadow topic 2. Move...

Reloading moved posts

The default of moved posts is that when you look at the moved post link it stays the way it was when it was moved. That means that the Views, Replies, Last post and its order is not what it actually is. Is there any way to make the link threads (moved threads) reload to be the same as in the actual ...

Im having a problem. I edited all the files but no matter what I do I cant create a sub-forum. I go to Managment, make a new forum in an already existing forum as needed but instead it is just displayed as a normal forum in a category. I even tried editing all the files all over again to make sure I...

As we said... Only the Admin can see those. Why would you want to hide them from yourself? Because if hacked the IPs can be extracted and used. However if the IP records do not exist for certain users there is no danger for them. Most importantly, if I do do this, members will feel more safe, which...

would you mind to explain your security concerns first? Sure, I have a political debate forum and although I try to prevent it as much as possible some heated discussions sometimes take place. I lack enough moderators and am therefore sometimes unable to stop debates from getting out of control. Th...

Custom user IP logs

Is it possible to make a mod (or does one already exist?) that can be used to select a certain user who while logged in does not get his or her IPs recorded in posts, voting ,etc.? Also is there a way to delete IP records for a specific user?
