I've installed this on my buddy's forum, however when you open the smilies to insert them, the only ones that actually get inserted are the basic smilies included with a vanilla phpbb.

This has also affected normal posting as well as the shoutbox too.

Make sure that the Easy Mod folders are correct.... like the file is in the right place and you don't have two folders saying the name of the mod....

You can also try to just install it manually, that's what I did and it was fine.
