IIRC, in phpBB 3.0.x the config.php information is cached, so if any changes/corrections are made there is a need to clear the cache.
How do I clear the cache?

Kev, I don't understand (as I say I am not tech savvy) If I have access to the IPOWER database and I am allowed to run the query then surely I have access to the database as the database is password protected and I had to enter it to run the query...No?

If you cab get a backup of the database, everything can be fixed and upgraded. I would help you more but for some strange reason you saw fit to delete your URL. If I hit the "Run Now" button in ACP next to 'Purge Cache' what in laymans terms will this do to the board? When should the "Purge Cache' ...'Run Now' button be used? Thanks in advance.

Bingo!!....That's what I wanted to know....would deleting 'rows' delete anything specific on my board. Thanks for your help.

Ipower have been back in contact with me asking me to delte any unused or wanted rows in these tables (in quotes below) I am not sure how to delete them or if by deleting them how it would affect my board....Will deleting rows damage the forum? How do I know what rows are not needed or are not used....
