I don't like to do that either. But it is temporary for these few days of Halloween.

Oh, by the way, thank you for your help. :)

Speaking of invisionboard.... Can anyone make a style that is similar to the one found at http://forums.ibskins.com/ ? That style looks superb... I know that it is graphic intense, but if someone can make a style similar to that, it would be awsome. That style looks so much dfferent from the traditi...

How do I put the forum in frames (top & bottom)?

Hi, How can I put frames for my site so that it DOES NOT look like there are 2 frames but only 1 frame. What I mean is that the top frame would be so small that people would not see it. The bottom frame would contain the forum. The reason that I want to do this is I want to put Halloween midi music ...

How do I replace type="button" into a button.gif ?

Hi,

When I use
<input type="button" value="Movie" onclick="movie()">

I get a button that says "Movie" but I want to replace this button with a movie.gif image .

Is there anyway that I can do that?

Hope someone can help me out...thanks.

Did you define the class to the overall_header.tpl on all the templates that you are using? This is what Daz told us to do.

This theme looks good, but is it me or there is a slower lag time as you scroll up and down the forum.

Daz, What is the advantage of assigning the class. Most other themes don't have this problem of the font color except for yours. Please don't get me wrong, because your themes are great, but why do you make it different from the comtemporary form? Does it make it more compatible to more browsers? Wh...

gtmitch2,

I did try to use Fireworks to edit it but did not do it right so I have to ask for help. I added the words "Female" and "Male" to the symbols and it looks great on a light theme but got into trouble on Daz's fionefour theme.

Daz,

Magnificent. Thanks.

Daz, That looks great. I tried it on your fiblack theme and it looks perfect. Is it possible for you to put the word "Female" and "Male" after those symbols also? It would be easier for some members who really don't know what those symbols mean. I know, they should know it....but just in case. Oh by...

By the way Daz, the reason that I wanted those two icons to be compatible with the dark background is because I am also using your fiblack theme and they look terrible on your dark theme.

If only you make some gender icons in addition to your online-offine icons.

Hi, Have a look in the thread for this MOD. Also posted on IBf I believe :) What do you mean by "Have a look in the thread for this MOD." :?: By the way, the person who posted that message at IBF was me. I got no respond over there so I posted over here. I have both type of boards (IBF & phpBB2) fo...

Male & Female icon for dark background...help

I am using these 2 icons for the male & female members. They look great on a light background but look very ugly on a dark back ground because it shows some white specks around the images. Can someone with good imaging skills edit these two images so that they will look good on a dark background. Th...

Daz, I still could not get it right. It gave me an error when I did that. Where exactly should I put the new class to the following overall_header.tpl? <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> <html dir="{S_CONTENT_DIRECTION}"> <head> {META} <title>{SITENAME} :: {PAGE_TITLE}</...

I read the above link but I still could not find the solution. The reason is the in the today-yesterday mod you have to have this code in the index.php : // TODAY AT MOD // if ( $board_config['time_today'] < $forum_data[$j]['post_time']) { $last_post = sprintf( $lang['Today_at' ], create_date($board...
