Awesome, I'll have to check it out!
I've included an event wich should fit your needs, where you can easily create a hook to (:
Or you can include this feature via pullrequest on github.
Interesting... I'll see what I can do.

Re: Hide poll results

Would it be possible to implement an optional date field used to restrict voting to a specified date? The announcement is generally a month or two before the voting topic is created, so it couldn't just be the date of the poll topic creation. What do you mean? You can set an end date for the poll S...

Re: Hide poll results

Hi, I was searching for this exact thing for contest voting and wanted to know if there was any headway on your development of it? Would you accept collaboration help? If not, I may take it up myself. If you are actively working on it, might I suggest a feature? One of our voting rules is that you m...

kinda annoyed that the inline styles persisted through release candidate 5. dude, just a simple class="admin" and class="moderator" would suffice...

Re: Make links open in new window?

what it comes down to is that the target attribute was NEVER valid for a strict doctype. only under transitional was it "allowed". does this mean that the page wouldn't work? no. it fudged it. the page would be displayed, but if it were validated, it would fail. now, with the advent of xht...

inline styles???

i strongly discourage the use of inline styles for the "administrator" and "moderator" links - this is something that i had a problem with in the 2.x.x release, and now that i see it's still in 3.0, i'm dismayed. i see no reason why this couldn't be assigned a class and styled in...

hurm... thanks for the point in the right direction (don't know why my search for the exact error phrase didn't feed me that, but whatever...) but it doesn't seem to work... still getting the error message... my host supposedly upgraded stuff recently - maybe they changed permissions. i'll have to c...

avatar filetype error...

i've been getting an error whenever i try to upload an avatar on my board... "The avatar filetype must be .jpg, .gif or .png" it IS a .jpg, and it's within the filesize/proportions constraints... i thought it was because of some screwed up mods, but i just updated to 2.0.21 (total overwrit...

why .tpl files and not .php includes?

i'm trying to do some major editing of the forum behavior regarding styles - i feel that all those .tpl files are a bit heavy-handed, and am trying to go the route of alternate stylesheets with cookies generated by php or JS. however, i'm running into a brick wall since .tpl files are apparently wri...

yes, an external page (or multiple pages) where you post news items. it could either be independent of the forum but post a copy of the news item to the forum for discussion, or use the forum post page to create it... either way, it's an independent page/s that relate to the forum in some way.

forum driven news page?

i found a couple of REALLY old mods that create a news page driven by the forum, but i don't want to use them since they seem to have dried up in terms of development. is there a newer mod that does this? if not, i'm slowly learning php, so this might be the best opportunity for me to learn somethin...
