can i upload a file to my server, then link the file into attachment mod, so that i can prevent guests from downloading my files? FTP is an option in attach mod where you have to enter your server details and login info so this should suffice in your case. sorry i didn't mean it this way... what i ...

wordpress is alot easier to use then blogmod, doesn't require much effort to install and more user friendly...
i'm personally using blog mod myself, but if given a choice, i'd rather integrate wordpress into phpbb... no offense to the blogmod creators... :)

i'd kiss you if you can really pull this off...
it'd make any board seem lag free and appear real-time...

but the downside is everybody will migrate to phpbb and soon phpbb will be a paid service and vbulletin be free... haha

i've got 6 themes installed on my board... if on the first board a user selects a theme, it is global and the same theme will be used through-out the entire 3 forums i have installed... the only way thru is to over-ride users settings and fix the default skin per board... i don't want to do this... ...

my users keep on getting auto logged out...
under cookie settings, what domain name should i use?
if my users are using both domain names?

they only allow me to choose between the different groups, can i fix it such that users are allowed to edit only for 1/2 hr after they've posted, after that they can't?

i wanna stop people from editing their own threads after maybe 1/2 hour after they've posted... how do i go about doing so?
