Alright, FTP Cleint was the missing link. I have gotten it to work perfectly now and the forum is once again up and running!

Thank you so much for your help and patience!

Okay here's the reeeeally stupid question. How? When I go to my file manager, I click the config, it wants to save it as .html, I save it. When I open it in Notepad, it's still empty.

Hope you have some patience left.

Alright, so far so good. Old host backed up the forum and uploaded it for me to download. I've done so, but when I try to restore database in the new forum I created, I get the message "No file was uploaded". Simple as that. The forum which I am trying to move is http://www.bunnyhat.com/forum/ to ht...

[S] How to move a forum

My question is how do you move a forum? A friend of mine is closing down her website, so I've offered to host her forum for the time being.
But how do I move it to my webspace?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't encountered that problem yet, but I haven't deleted any accounts recently either.

I can log on after clearing catche and cookies. Once. then it won't allow me to log on again.
I'm hesitating to install that Cookies Mod, what does it do?

Cannot login using Firefox

After the new patch, all the people using the board I am a co-admin of, cannot login using Firefox. How can this be fixed? Can log in using Internet Explorer, but I don't want to use it, if it can be helped.

Thanks

- Melien
