Re: Changing the size of SITENAME?

Thank you! It worked, but it doesn't really make sense to me. I changed the one I wanted to change from 3.0em (whatever em means) to 2.7em. It was exactly how I wanted it. But H2, what I took to be the site description, was set at 2.8em, and it is definitely still smaller than the site name. Which i...

Changing the size of SITENAME?

I want to change the font size of the text that says my site name, since it's a rather long name. I found the tag in overall_header, but I can't seem to find the right code to add to change the size. What should it be?

Confirming: No way to replicate tables in BBcode?

I took a look at the custom BBcode thread, and found a couple posts on it... but the thing is like 50 pages long, and I didn't find anything really conclusive, just some speculation... So is there NO way to use table elements in BBcode? I just want to replicate a simple table to more easily display ...

Use in-line CSS for both.

You mean around the tags you specified to delete? I can't seem to find those in my overall_header.

Re: Favicon

Oh, weird. I could have sworn it was you who answered on that thread, and said to refresh the imageset... did seem a bit odd to me though, so I'll try.
Using FF, IE is the bane of my existence.

Favicon

Before you ask, yes, I have searched for threads on this subject already. I found two. I followed all the instructions in the first one, then saw the second one that reminded me to clear my cache and whatnot.... I waited about 12 hours, and still nothing. Put this code: <link rel="shortcut icon" hre...

New forum won't appear on index

This feels like an extremely stupid question, and yet I've used my common sense and found no solution to it. I just made a new forum within the test category, which I renamed. I checked "yes" on the thing that says "List subforum in parent-forum’s legend: Displays this forum on the index and elsewhe...

Re: Can I use a phpBB2 style for phpBB3?

Yeah... Okay, thanks.
It is a lot easier, but I had just found this good style, sleek but with room for customization, when I realized that customization is close to impossible in phpBB2. Back to the drawing board, I guess.

Re: Can I use a phpBB2 style for phpBB3?

Yeah, I looked at that. Unfortunately, though, that appears to be Terayon2, which is very different from the one I liked, the first Terayon. I'd be willing to do the extra work, if I knew how. I'm looking at how Acidtech did it, but it still confuses me... If there's a way to do it without creating ...

Re: Can I use a phpBB2 style for phpBB3?

It hasn't been. Is there any way I can do that with the images and files in the phpBB2 version?
