I'll have a go, not promising anything yet but i'll look into it...

There's no need for it as the admin can see all of the user's settings etc anyway and I'm sure theres a mod where the admin can view other members PM's unless thats not sanctioned within phpBB's mods

no i'd be using the phpbb sessions...

ok... i checked it out, i've got an installer script going, i'm looking into converting the simpler parts like categories and link additions, there admin panel is gonna go bye bye though... i'm going to replace it with a phpBB style one...
